So I managed to get hold of GoPro this morning.

I spoke with a lady called Maricar who couldn’t do enough to help me out. Problems resolved and I’m over the moon.

I had subscription issues, and didn’t receive the discounts on an accessories order I made, and once I’d read the reviews I was certain that this would not turn out the way I’d hoped.

Anyway the subscription issue is now resolved and I have the outcome I had hoped, as I said I spoke with a lady and she was absolutely brilliant.
I would recommend that if you do have a problem, try to contact them through the support page the very minute they open, this worked for me and I got a call back straight away.

"After reading lots of negative reviews…"
After reading lots of negative reviews about GoPro and their delivery service. My daughter wanted a GoPro 8 black for her birthday which was in September. I was really worried about ordering directly from GoPro. If they hadn't have had an offer of a free memory card on at the time of ordering, I probably would have bought from somewhere else. The camera came in less than a week, which I thought was great and I was kept informed all the way through the delivery process and was given a 3 hour delivery window by UPS which they kept to. I was very pleased with the whole experience and my daughter is very pleased with her camera. So much so, that I recently upgraded my Hero Black 4 to the Hero Black 9 during the Cyber Monday promotion and again it came within a few days of ordering and again I was kept updated on the delivery. I know not everyone will have the same experience that I've had, but also not everyone will have a bad experience either. So I wouldn't be put off ordering directly from GoPro. By the way, I bought both cameras with my own money and don't have any affiliation with GoPro or their suppliers.

"Simply in love with my GoPro Hero 6"
I ordered it 2 weeks ago and it delivered very fastly, I adore my camera, I'm traveling a lot and like capturing everything so GoPro is best for this moments.

Copy of my complaint. still waiting on reply... to whom it may concern, following my lengthy phone discussion today with kate from customer support regarding "faulty dive housing" resulting in complete camera failure, i'm sending you photos that you requested. yesterday i purchased a dive housing from one of your official agents here in waikiki hawaii, the bike factory and the first time i went to use it today, the housing has leaked and now has completely damaged my camera and memory card holding all our photos of our holiday. as discussed, i believe the product that was sold to me to be faulty and i'm now requesting that you replace my dive housing and my camera that was damaged due to this faulty gopro product. this should be a non issue to a reputable company such as yours and rectified and replaced in good faith. i find it very disappointing that so far you have acknowledged possible fault but not offered any suitable compensation to reimburse me for losses that your faulty product has caused to my own personal equipment. i find the 40% discount as compensation to replace damage caused by your faulty product not acceptable. in summary, as the goods sold to me are defective, by law, it is your responsibility to replace the defective and damaged products it has caused. i await your reply by return with this matter.

“Haha...Not even an hourglass would suffice. PHONE SUPPORT = NON EXISTENT Line automatically disconnects or rings and rings until you hang up or the line disconnects. Chat Support (After 8 Chats - NO RESOLUTION(s) FOR THE SAME PROBLEM(S)”
